Preparation

Divide the endive into leaves, then wash, sort, spin dry and break into smaller pieces.

Wash and dry the plums and apples.

Halve and stone the plums and cut into eighths.

Quarter and core the apples and slice lengthwise.

Mix together the lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.

Whisk in the oil.

Marinate the plums and apples in the dressing for about 15 minutes.

Mix the endive with the marinated plums and apple slices and serve sprinkled with linseeds.
