Mitch Lienhard had it all, top job at one of the best restaurants in the U.S, accolades, he was the winner of the San Pellegrino Young Chef competition and he decided to walk away, reset and retrain to pick up entirely new skills and make himself more than a chef. He now works at one of the biggest tech companies in the world and says the transition has improved him and his career prospects in ways he never imagined.
