Las Vegas thrives on spectacle, but for one night this September the real show will take place at the table. On September 24, S.Pellegrino will host the second edition of its 777 High Stakes Gastronomy Dinner at ARIA Resort & Casino—a seven-course collaboration from some of the most dynamic chefs working in America today.
The evening gathers an impressive roster: Curtis Duffy of Ever in Chicago, Hillary Sterling of Ci Siamo in New York, Juan Manuel Barrientos of Elcielo, Masako Morishita of Perry’s in Washington, D.C., Ryan Ratino of Jônt in D.C., Siddharth Ahuja of Gymkhana (opening soon in Las Vegas), and Valerie Chang of Maty’s in Miami. Cocktails will be led by Craig Schoettler, the executive director of beverage for MGM Resorts, who helms the acclaimed Vault bar at the Bellagio. Guiding the night as host is Kevin Boehm, co-founder of Boka Hospitality and a James Beard Award winner recognized as one of the industry’s most compelling voices.
