Chef Aaron Bludorn is a classically trained chef known for his refined yet approachable cuisine. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he honed his craft at Michelin-starred Cyrus in Napa Valley before joining Café Boulud in New York, where he became Executive Chef in 2014.
Bludorn gained national recognition on Netflix’s The Final Table and later moved to Houston to open Bludorn, followed by Navy Blue and Bar Bludorn. Passionate about mentorship, he actively supports culinary education. His latest project, Perseid, a modern French bistro, continues his commitment to thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking.
