Chef Gavin Kaysen from Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis is with back an exciting new Synergy Series, a unique series of collaborative dinners at Spoon and Stable, where he'll welcome four culinary greats from across the country to cook for his guests for two nights only.
This year's chef lineup includes Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo, Michael Solomonov, Thomas Keller, and Missy Robbins who will not only cook dinner but give a town hall-style talk that explores their personal and professional lives and stories.
In this new-look edition, the menu will also mingle culinary styles with alternating courses between the guest chef and the Spoon and Stable kitchen. A special list of cocktails will also be available
Next up, in the third of four dinners, is Thomas Keller, following on from LA-based chefs Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo and Zahav's Michael Solomonov.
The New York-based chef from iconic Per Se and The French Laundry needs little introduction. Known as the first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the prestigious Michelin Guide, he was also the first American male chef to be designated a Chevalier of The French Legion of Honour.
Be sure to book ahead for this unique experience to try the food of a legendary cooking icon.
How to Book
Dinner tickets are $495 including wine pairings in the dining room, or $595 including wine pairings at the chef's counter.

THE SYNERGY SERIES: DIALOGUE
Get to know chef Thomas Keller even better when he takes to the stage at the Town Hall at noon on 19 November for an intimate and relaxed chat, revealing both his personal and professional story, followed by an audience Q&A. Proceeds from the talks will benefit the local charity Appetite for Change, an organisation using food as a tool to build health, wealth and social change, where Gavin has served as a board member.
