Save the Date: Austin Food and Wine Festival 2016

Austin, the cultural capital of Texas, is ramping up for the fifth annual Austin Food + Wine Festival from April 22nd to 24th. The exciting line-up of culinary and musical talent is already confirmed and tickets are selling fast. 

The feet tapping, taste bud tingling four days sponsored by Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino features an all star line-up of chefs and enough exciting events to inspire the most ardent of food lovers. “Austin is one of the greatest cities in the country, thanks to the music, architecture, culture, and of course, food, which is out of this world," says chef Tim Love.

This year's all-star line-up of chefs includes Andrew Zimmern, Hugh Acheson, Tim Love, Aarón Sánchez to mention but a few of the names that will be taking part in the event which seems to have secured half the chefs in the city.

Other festival highlights include more than 40 events over three days at Auditorium Shores and Republic Square Park, including hands-on grilling demonstrations; interactive fire pits helmed by chefs; Grand Taste Tents offering food, wine and cocktail tastings from over 70 producers; live musical performances; chef tastings; book signings; and more.
