Save The Date: 2015 Napa Truffle Festival

If learning more about truffles is part of your New Year's resolutions then a visit to the upcoming Napa Truffle Festival is a must. To be held January 15-17 the festival is an all-out affair honoring one of the most luxurious ingredients on earth.

They are various truffle seminars on the agenda, as well as fun activities like truffle foraging, dog training demos and special lunch and dinner parties paired with Napa wine. The festival will also feature the Michelin-starred cuisine of chefs like Riccardo Agostini from Italy and Tony Esnault from Los Angeles.

You can't miss the Napa Truffle Marketplace where you'll find specialty food products and hundreds of opportunities to sample truffles in all their glory.
