Chef Gavin Kaysen from Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis is with back an exciting new Synergy Series, a unique season of collaborative dinners at Spoon and Stable, where he'll welcome four culinary greats from across the country to cook for his guests for two nights only.
This year's chef lineup includes Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo, Michael Solomonov, Thomas Keller, and Missy Robbins, who will not only cook dinner but give a town hall-style talk that explores their personal and professional lives and stories.
In this new-look edition, the menu will also mingle culinary styles with alternating courses between the guest chef and the Spoon and Stable kitchen. A special list of cocktails will also be available.
Next up, in the second of the four guest dinners, is Michael Solomonov, following on from LA-based chefs Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo.
The executive chef and co-owner of Philadelphia’s pioneering Israeli restaurant, Zahav, and the co-author of three cookbooks will show what he does best, preparing a unique dinner for the restaurant's guests for two nights only.
How to Book
Dinner tickets are $495 including wine pairings in the dining room, or $595 including wine pairings at the chef's counter.
Book through the Synergy Series website.
