Food On The Edge 2022

Food On The Edge, the two-day symposium in Ireland, returns for its 2022 edition on 17-18 October.

The event will again take place in Dublin’s Airfield Estate, in the suburb of Dundrum, after moving across from Galway to the capital last year. The line is, as always, packed with world-class chefs and some of the biggest names in food, including authors, producers and activists.

Attendees can attend speeches by the likes of Rasmus Munk, Ana Roš, Manu Buffara, Selassie Atadika, Will Goldfarb and Magnus Nilsson. As always the symposium will be introduced and moderated by the organiser and founder chef JP McMahon.

Set on the beautiful land of the Airfield Estate, a working regenerative farm, Food On The Edge will provide space for some of Ireland's best producers in the Food Village, with plenty of tastings available to everyone as well as an excellent lunch served in the estate’s restaurant.
