The aim of the event, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, is to debate and challenge perspectives and connections with food. Over 40 speakers will be given 15 minute slots througout the two days to deliver their unique perspective on some of the most complex food issues of our time. Speakers with include S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 winner Mark Moriarty, along with his S.Pellegrino competition mentor, chef Clare Smyth, as well as chefs Albert Adrià and André Chiang to name but a few.
The concluding night will culminate in an 'Over the Edge' party where there will be much hair letting down after the hard hitting debates of the previous days. A night of fun, food and entertainment is promised.
