The Mad Food Camp team are now releasing one video a day. Yesterday they hit the world with the Italian chef Massimo Bottura and today they've released a video with Wylie Dufresne.

Dufrense runs the wd~50 restaurant in Manhattan and become a pioneer in the culinary world and especially in America.

In the video the chef discusses the Appetite for Knowledge, a look at how what appetite is and how his appetite for knowledge helps him and his team develop food at their restaurant.
