In an interesting move Rene Redzepi’sNoma is hosting a pop-up shop by the clothing retailer Club Monaco.
The CM at Noma concept store will stay open until March 13th, selling a whole mix of fashion items from CM.
Jumpers, books, items for the home and even yurts will be online inside the restaurant which will also host a coffee bar in the day and wine bar in the evening.
It’s an unexpected collaboration but one that shows just how diverse a restaurant’s revenue generation can be. Noma is also selling off a number of custom designed tableware items, including chopsticks and plates, from their pop-up restaurant in Japan.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
