Have you ever wondered how Beyoncé or Lady Gaga prep before going on stage? Surely, they must nibble on some tasty treats before spending hours performing before thousands of fans. Finally, a photographer has captured the mystery for all of us to see.
New York-based photographer Henry Hargreaves has published a series of images inspired by the concert riders of present and past pop stars. A rider, for those not familiar with the term, is a contract with specifications about the performance, equipment and artist's preferences, among other things.
Heargreaves and stylist Caitlin Levin did a phenomenal job of capturing the preferences of iconic singers past and present. Check out the images below and tell us what you think in the comments. Did any of these choices surprise you?
Frank Sinatra had a preference for 24 jumbo pieces of shrimp cocktail, Lifesavers and cough drops. His rider also included called for one bottle of each: Chivas Regal, Absolute, Jack Daniel's, Courvoisier, Beefeater Gin, red wine and white wine.

Queen Bey likes juicy baked chicken prepared with garlic, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
