There aren’t many more awe-inspiring sights in food than a pastry chef on the top of his or her game.
Here’s another name to add to the list: Amaury Guichon. The French chef, who started out at Paris patisserie Hugo & Victor is now a pastry instructor who travels all over the world, demonstrating his awesome skills.
Like many of the new generation of top pastry chefs, he shares his creations on Instagram, which are enjoyed by close to one million followers currently.
We especially enjoy his piping skills, but as you can see from the videos below, he has a whole host of other tricks up his sleeve.
