If you'd like to learn to cook gluten free, put yourself in the hands of Jaquy Yngvason. The professional cook and food stylist is hosting a series of lessons at Feast, an online cooking school that debuted earlier this year.
In her gluten-free lessons Yngvason will cover essentials like building a pantry free of gluten, shopping for ingredients and how to substitute the incriminating foods. She'll teach you how to swap bread for homemade arepeas (South American corn cakes), make tasty chickpea snacks and cook zucchini 'pasta.'
Yngvason studied at Le Cordon Bleu and has appeared the Food Network's Chopped. She was diagnosed with Celiac dishes 11 years ago and since then has been trying to help others with food allergies.
You can enroll in her class for $35. For that price you'll enjoy eight video lessons shot in HD and direct access to Yngvason. The first lesson is free and you can check it out below.
