These videos show some famous recipes from Ferran Adrià's elBulli restaurant.
The vids were created as part of a campaign to promote the launch of Adrià's seven-volume book, elBulli 2005-2011, which documents six years of work by the chef and his team at the famous restaurant.
The two video of some unique plate, the first is Mentholated Pond, a dish in which the chef played with the idea of using water vapor to carry flavor and the second focuses on the famous Vanishing Ravioli that wowed so many diners at the restaurant.
The videos are short and provide just a glimpse of Adrià's famous recipes but the ideas are a nice taste of what's to come when the book is released.
