Knife skills - we’ve all got them, albeit in varying degrees of dexterity, but not all of us have the knife skills of a true pro, a person who has spent years slicing and dicing different ingredients.
That’s exactly what you see in this next video which shows chefs as they demonstrate their knife skills chopping fish, chicken, vegetables and tofu.
