The Bocuse d'Or Europe 2014 has concluded in Stockholm and it was a big win for Scandinavians. Chef Myllymäki Tommy from Sweden placed first while chefs from Denmark and Norway won second and third places, respectively.

The Bocuse d'Or Europe 2014 is the qualifying round for European chefs who aim to compete in the Bocuse d'Or, a competition dubbed the ''culinary Olympics'' which will be held in Lyon in 2015.

A total of 20 countries competed in Bocuse d’Or Europe 2014, which was held in Stockholm. It was especially disappointing for Italy, represented by the chef Diego Rigotti, who came fifteenth, thus not qualifying for the international Bocuse d'Or.

The next round of the Bocuse d'Or Europe will be held in Budapest in 2016.
