Street Vendor With Mad Knife Skills

Watching someone with mad knife skills is mesmerising and  street food chefs often show off some of the best. 

This video, filmed in India, shows a street food chef as he preps onions with super speed, dexterity and precision. 

We’ll happily admit that his finished chops are not perfectly sized but this guy can blitz onions as quick as a blender.
