If you've ever cracked a fresh coconut you'll know just how hard it is to get the water into a cup. Well, you can say goodbye to slaving over obtaining fresh coconut water thanks to this innovative spout designed to make the task easier.
The brainchild of Indian designer Shailandra Jadeja, the coconut spout allows the user to tap into fresh coconut water without spilling it all over the place. A sharp edge allows the spout to cut through the coconut while circular ridges provide a seal.
Aside being able to drink coconut water directly from the fruit or pour it into a cup, the spout allows allows users to pour booze into the coconut and enjoy tropical cocktails. Sweet!
The coconut spout is still in its developmental stages but we're sure it won't be long until you can find it available online. In the meantime, keep those fingers safe while trying to crack (or drill!) coconuts.
