The jury that will select the Italianfinalist who will compete in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015, the challenge posed byS.Pellegrino to young professionals of haute cuisine, has finally been selected.
On February 10th, during Identità Golose congress, the prestigious jury will select the best young chef who will represent Italy at the international final to be held June 25-26 during the Expo Milano 2015.
Here's how it works:
After careful evaluation of the applications by ALMA, Italy's premier culinary institution, seven celebrity chefs will judge the dishes and personality of the young chefs.
Afterwards, Italian Vogue Italia will match each of the 20 finalists from all over the world with an emerging designer, who, inspired by the signature dish of the chef, will create an outfit or accessory. The best chef/designer team and the S.Pellegrino Young Chef of the Year will be awarded during Expo Milano 2015 to be held June 25-26.
