Served at the special launch dinner at Milan’s Bulgari hotel to celebrate “S.Pellegrino sparkles with Bulgari”.
A “duet” menu by the chefs Davide Scabin and Andrea Ferrero, an uncommon gastronomic proposal dedicated to the international preview of the special edition S.Pellegrino sparkles with Bulgari bottle.
Davide Scabin, chef at Combal.Zero, gave his personal homage to the Bulgari Maison by presenting a first course inspired by the jewel featured on the special edition green bottle. And his final course, disguised as a harmless fruit salad, is actually a dynamic dessert, which changes and comes to life with a drop of S.Pellegrino water.
Andrea Ferrero, executive chef at Bulgari Hotel Restaurant in Milan, presented a second course with fish – his favourite ingredient – and a creamy dessert combining almond and jasmine flavours.
Here’s the complete menu that was served at Milan’s Bulgari Hotel, in honour of the launch of the S.Pellegrino sparkles with Bulgari limited edition bottle.
