The countdown to this year’s edition of S.Pellegrino Cooking Cup has started. Next Friday, chefs and sailors from all around the world will gather in Venice for the regatta that combines sailing and fine dining, celebrating excellence in two Italian passions.
Every boat will welcome on board a young and talented chef that will prepare a special dish: and for the first time in the 12-edition history of the event, the ingredients will be the same for everyone! Every chef will have to decide what to cook choosing from a Mystery Basket that S.Pellegrino will open on Facebook on the 20th of June, revealing to you the ingredients the chefs will have to cook with.
And if you want to feel like one of the chefs, why not trying preparing a recipe too or suggesting a dish you like made using the same ingredients - if you do, share your ideas with us by sending us your pictures on S.Pellegrino Facebook page.
While waiting for the Mystery Basket to be opened and for the regatta to begin, let’s meet the 10 star chefs who will all cook in Venice!
Geranium's Rasmus Kofoed has decided to stop serving meat at the restaurant currently ranked number two on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list. But the Danish chef isn't yet willing to go purely plant-based.
