At the end of this week the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 event will culminate with a Grand Final ceremony in Milan. The event marks the end of the first ever worldwide talent search for the world’s best young chefs and has involved local semi-finals in 20 different regions around the globe and applications from thousands of chefs covering hundreds of different styles.
Each chef has been paired with a designer who will produce a creation inspired by their chef’s dish - a unique pairing of the food and fashion that will see the best designer/chef couple awarded for their work on the night. It’s a unique collaboration and one that has pushed the chefs and designers to all think a little differently.
Below you can meet all the couples and read exactly how they’ve been working together for the upcoming Grand Final event.
