René Redzepi is rolling out a second cookbook with Phaidon that will be available in November. The book, or rather bundle of books, will be called A Work In Progress and will offer a glimpse of the day-to-day life at his restaurant Noma.
The Daily Meal reports the collection of books will feature a cookbook with 100 recipes, a journal and a 'flick book' with 200 candid images of the behind-the-scenes and often humurous happenings at Redzepi's restaurant Noma.
Redzepi tweeted yesterday that the 200-page manuscript was finally delivered to Phaidon. You can check out a picture of the book and pre-order a copy on Phaidon's website. The book collection will retail at $49.95.
All eyes will be on Redzepi on Monday, April 29th when the 2013 World's 50 Best Restaurants awards will be announced. FDL will stream the event live from London. Don't miss it!
