A Piece of Tuscany In Utah

Utah is probably the last place you'd think of turning to when searching for a bit of Tuscany in the United States. But in Salt Lake City, an award-winning restaurant by the name of Tuscany is making a name for itself.

Founded by former NBA star Mark Eaton and business partner Guy Wadsworth, Tuscany restaurant is more than an eatery. It's a place where people gather for weddings, corporate events, luncheons, family events and much more, all while enjoying a 'Tuscan landscape.'

The property was built to look like a Tuscan villa with stone walls and wood burning ovens so it makes for a picturesque setting for wedding pictures and other celebrations. 

The menu is a twist on Italian classics with a modern American touch. You'll find specialties like fried green tomato caprese, Tuscan meatballs, prime rib with olive oil mashed potatoes and a Tuscan pear salad. As a bonus, all of the meat dishes get their finishing touch in a wood burning oven. Can you say buon appetito?
