We've already featured work by Florent Tanetbefore, a talented young photographer and fashion designer from Paris. Following A Colorful Winter and Fishing projects, we'd like to share the new food series with you: commissioned by M, le Magazine du Monde it features summer salads, often absent from the menu of gastronomic restaurants.
The photo series shows the work of 6 famous Parisian chefs - Erica Archambault, Simone Tondo, Elsa Marie, Adeline Godin, Nye Smith, Alessandra and Olivier Montagne - each was asked to prepare their signature summer salad: the French photographer reworked the recipes, highlighting each individual ingredient as well as the final plated dish.
