While there are those in Paris who consider the city’s Italian cuisine too expensive and overrated, others are betting on an Italian renaissance in the homeland of Robuchon.
The menu, executed and overseen by chef Fabrizio La Mantina will feature classic dishes like trenette al pesto, burrata cheese, prosciutto, paccheri al pomodoro, beef carpaccio and - of course - tiramisu.
