The Italian chef Moreno Cedroni is set to open a new restaurant at the Baglioni Hotel in London.
The two Michelin starred chef, famous for combining traditional and modern cooking techniques and producing wonderful Italian creations, is currently meeting with suppliers in the UK to set up a chain of fresh produce sourced locally.
The chef has a number of restaurants already most noted is La Madonnina del Pescatore which received its second Michelin star in 2006.
Asked for his thoughts on the new venue the chef said: "London is the best city in the world for restaurants and I think my food will meet the palate of the London diners." Cedroni now adds to the huge array of Italian restaurants on offer in London.
The new venue will situated in the Baglioni's Brunello restaurant with Cedroni acting on a consultancy basis alongside the hotel's executive chef Andrea Vercelli.
Now a three-Michelin-star restaurant, Noma has changed, but not necessarily on the plate. According to Kenneth Foong, it's all about the way the team works, which is closer to a tech company than a traditional restaurant. Read our exclusive interview with Noma's head chef.
