The Michelin Guide for Hong Kong and Macau 2016 has been released and the guide welcomes yet another new three-starred restaurant into its ranks as the T’ang Court restaurant in Hong Kong received the highest possible accolade from Michelin.
In the two star category there were four new entries: Forum and Ming Court in Hong Kong and The Tasting Room and Jade Dragon in Macau.
In the one star category there were a total of 11 new restaurants added.
The Hong Kong and Macau Michelin Guide for 2016 features in total: eight restaurants with three stars, 18 restaurants with two stars and 51 restaurants with one star.
This year also saw a new edition to the guide with the inclusion of a selection of what Michelin say are the best street food places in the areas.
