If you’re scared of heights look away now. This next video by theTelegraphthat shows a recent pop-up restaurant concept inside a cable cr in the French Alps.
The stunt was performed by chef Stéphane Froidevaux who created the Sky Diner, a one off restaurant for 36 lucky diners who were suspended inside the cable car for and hour and a half, 380ms above the valley.
Froidevaux created a menu called ‘Revisited mountain cuisine’ with fives course that took diners through some of the local ingredients found in the Alps.
The video shows the chef explaining the concept and the magic of dining in such a beautiful location.
