The french born chef Ludo Lefebvre will open a coffee and waffles trailer in Malibu at the Native Hotel.
As reported by Eater, Lefebvre has been teasing the idea for a while. Called Coffee & Waffles, the food trick of sorts will serve a variety of waffles and coffee.
The waffles will come in three styles: a savory waffle with ham and gruyère cheese, a classic sweet waffle, and a coconut and dried shrimp waffle.
The pop-up is expected to start in June but there’s no end date planned yet. Anyone in the area should definitely be having a try.
