Most would agree that the award-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow looks pretty healthy. As a super celeb and owner of a health food blog, it’s kind of her thing.
What most people don’t realise is the crazy lengths the star takes to keep herself looking so fresh and so clean.
In a recent post on the Refinery29 website, Paltrow revealed the smoothie she likes to drink every morning and the price tag has shocked the entire internet. Why? Because, according to the Daily Mail, she spends $220 to make it, every morning.
The drink contains an ingredient called ‘moon dust’ which is basically a a concoction of what the company behind the product claim is “the most potent organic and wild-crafted herbs, adaptogenic plants, and bioactive minerals available.”
Below is the rest of the ingredients in the actress’s morning drink.
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp vanilla mushroom protein powder
1 tsp maca (“bio-available endocrine system support”)
1 tsp ashwagandha (potent root, “adaptogenic nervous system tonic”)
1 tsp he shou wu (herb tonic, “adaptogenic hormone tonic”)
