The Good and Evil chocolate from chef Eric Ripert and Anthony Bourdain is finally here.
Rumors were running high at the end of last month when invites were sent out to an event concerning both chefs and the chocolatier Christopher Curtin.
Now the Good and Evil bar is officially launching this Friday and is made from an extremely rare form of Peruvian cacao bean.
It will cost $18 for a bar and is available on the Eclat Chocolates website - the bars aim to tell the story of one of the rarest cacao trees on earth and give people a sublime chocolate experience.
