The wine is particularly suited to dishes of medium intensity, thanks to its mellow, but captivating flavour. Perfect with first courses of pasta and vegetables, where delicate sensations of sweetness and juiciness are present, and dishes with a hint of aromatic fattiness, spiced notes and a fair gustative persistence. Pairing with Galatina Rosato brings out the best in both the wine and the food, as the sensations of both mix perfectly with regards to the nose and the palate.

The intense mineral perfumes of S. Pellegrino water are complemented by a well balanced structure, fine bubbles, and pleasant mineral notes that blend well with the gustative-olfactory characteristics of the wine, creating a perfect final harmonization with the food.
