If you want to take a crazy food concept, test it, find a client base and potentially open a successful business, London is place to try it. The English capital has played host to a whole mix of interesting food pop-ups in recent months with the likes of the Cereal Cafe and more recently the Porridge Cafe, all finding a hungry audience.
The latest idea to start as a pop-up, however, seems a little harder to stomach - literally. That’s because a new pop-up is coming to town with the idea of deep frying all their creations.
Crumptes, creme eggs, wagon wheels and even cheese strings will be given the deep fried treatment at the Fry Hard pop-up in Boxpark, Shoreditch.
It’s a project from a collaboration between London Mess and Miss Cakehead and will start April 2nd - just in time for good-fry-day, get it?
