20th on the World's 50 Best Restaurants List and this year's highest risers Bjorn Franzen and Daniel Lindeberg are making quite a name for themselves in the world of food.
Their a la minute philosophy and strong connection with local producers have helped them establish a strong reputation on the world dining scene.
