Eight dinners that brought to Switzerland some of the best chefs in the world: more than a month ago S. Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2015 debuted in the breathtaking Swiss countryside, and after meals prepared by stellar chefs the event closed last Sunday.
To pay our homage to S. Pellegrino Sapori Ticino, we've put together a gallery of mouth-watering dishes served during the fabulous event. S. Pellegrino Sapori Ticino launched on the 3rd of May with a dinner served at the Hotel Splendid Royal in Lugano. Already in its ninth year, the monthlong gastro-fest featured the participation of Massimo Bottura from Osteria Francescana, Davide Scabin from Combal.Zero, Diego Muñoz from Astrid y Gastón Casa Moreyra, Andreas Caminada from Schauenstein Schloss, Anand Gaggan from Gaggan, Mauro Colagreco from Mirazur, Sven Elverfeld from Restaurant Aqua and Rasmus Kofoed from Geranium. With 25 Michelin stars among them these talented chefs worked with local restaurants in the lakeside villages of Lugano, Ascona and Vico Morote to prepare special meals for food lovers.
