The 70th Golden Globe awards are almost upon us and alongside the usual questions of what will be in the goodie bags? and what people and films will be highlighted? We're asking what food will be served on the night?
The menu, created by Beverly Hilton Executive Chef Suki Sugiura and Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Henz, is as you would expect a fairly lavish affair.
Grilled artichoke on frisee served with fennel tomato lemon mousse, kabocha pumpkin smoked dried tomato tart, pepper honey goat cheese, smoked flat iron steak, pacific sea bass and
cappuccino mousse cake are just a few of the dishes that celebrities will enjoy.
