This video by Hugo de Kok and Kay van Vree illustrates the playful experiment of flattening foods like eggs, sushi and sweet treats. But the dynamic Dutch duo are not the first to explore food from a different perspective.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
