During the summer Olympics, Americans can toast to their favorite athletes with the new red, white and blue bottle of Chandon Brut Classic sparking wine.
Chandon, a subsidiary of Moet Henessy-Loius Vuitton, is based in California. The bottles of bubbly are made in the USA and were designed in the style remiscient of the yacht culture of the Hamptons. The limited edition bottles will be sold until September 1.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
