Daniel Boulud, the French chef famous for his restaurants around the world and his work in turning the humble burger into an art form has created a great easter recipe for lamb. The chef - who owns a number of restaurants including number 9 on the 50 Best Restaurants list in 2011, Daniel in New York - appeared on American TV with a great recipe suggestion for Easter lamb and spring vegetables.

Tweeting Chefs - Italy
The online magazine Swide.com has published a nice look at some of the Italian chefs who are using twitter a lot. The piece looks at a small group Italian chefs and examines their tweeting habits - with four of the five chefs on the list having restaurants that featured on the World's 50 Best Restaurant List in 2011.
Number 4 on the 2011 List Massimo Bottura, number 28 Davide Scabin, , 38 Moreno Cedroni and 39th on the 2011 50 Best list, Paolo Lopriore. It's a nice look at the chefs' tweeting habits and a good resource if you're yet to follow them for your food news.
Anatoly Komm - Varvary - Moscow
The Russian chef, Anatoly Komm, has just finished hosting a series of gastronomic sessions at his Varvary Restaurant in Moscow. Throughout March Komm, who is famous for his avant-garde approach to cooking, hosted a series of sessions at his restaurant.
Then on the 16-17th March he headed to Rome to cook alongside Francesco Apreda from the legendary Imago restaurant. Komm's Varvary was a new entry at 48 on The World's 50 Best Restaurant list in 2011.
