One of these projects in particular has caught our eye at FDL HQ and that's these conceptual package designs for pasta.
Taking the idea of pasta servings for one Alessia has created these beautiful and striking designs.
There's one for spaghetti, oreccheitte and fusilli and they look great. We're not sure about the idea of just one serving at a time when companies seem intent on reducing their packaging but with the same designs and larger portions we'd love to grab this pasta packet from the cupboard.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
