It's hard to say when a man is making a lollipop and when a man is just making sugar art but it seems in this video he's doing both. The clip, shot by a tourist, shows an unknown man creating an intricate dragon purely from sugar.
We think the video probably comes from China where sugar art is practised by lots of people and is actually taught in arts and crafts classes across the country. We're very glad it is when it leads to wonderful sugar art like this...
