The Russian artist Sergey Pakhomov has spent over six years perfecting his pasta based art form. Pakhomov has created a unique design style in which he creates vehicles of all kinds entirely from pasta.
Motorbikes, cars, tanks and planes have all been given a pasta makeover. Pakhomov says the hobby started after working on an advertising campaign for a macaroni factory. The Russian now has over 30 pasta vehicles and has even patented his own technology to allow him to make a living from his art form.
Rather than just being faux-meat, Mamu is different. It's a mushroom-based meat alternative that's getting its launch in restaurants so that chefs can test its versatility. Flora Tsapovsky investigates.
