The Room will serve a seasonal ten-course tasting menu created by Andrew Brochu with dishes such as antelope tartare and southern style grits with shaved white truffle. Dishes will be paired with a selection of paired wines and what the team say will be, "some surprising cocktail pairings from Charles Joly at The Office."
This is an intimate and private dining space that Achatz and team say they have been working on for a long time. Completely separate to the Next restaurant and Aviary cocktail bar, it can seat up to ten guests and features a programmable LED light wall and the ability for parties to customize their music for the evening.
At the moment the The Room can only be booked by Next Restaurant Season Ticket holders. It costs $ 4,430 with the price including food, paired wines and spirits, coffee and tea service and your very own servers and chefs for the evening.
