Bon Appétit magazine has revealed it’s annual shortlist of the 50 best new restaurants in the US, which will later be whittled down to a Hot 10 – the top 10 best new restaurants.
The types of restaurants and cuisines on the 2016 list vary considerably, from fire cooking to allegedly the best pintxos outside of San Sebastián, an experimental pizzeria to a Japanese-leaning food truck in the Deep South. It’s certainly eclectic and we’re looking forward to seeing who comes out on top.
The shortlist was chosen by Bon Appétit editors Andrew Knowlton and Julia Kramer. The Hot 10 will be revealed on 16 August.
