The Best Christmas Food

This week at Fine Dining Lovers we kicked things off with two stories dedicated to all things Christmas.

We explored the best tips and tricks for a perfect Christmas dinner. We offered menu ideas, recipes and more.

Naturally, that brought up the question: which wine should one drink at Christmas? Discover our favorite picks for crisp whites, nuanced reds and dessert wines.

Perfect Momento

Next, we turned our attention to the Amazon where Peruvian chef Virgilio Martinez hosted his four-day food festival called Momento.

The participants of the event were as varied as the Amazon itself: a linguist, botanists, chefs, biologists and a neurosurgeon.

The idea was to explore a myriad of topics related to preserving food traditions, native languages and animals of the Amazonian rainforest.
