Sean Brock is a highly acclaimed American chef and restaurateur who owns three radically different restaurants in Nashville, Tennessee: Audrey, June, and Joyland. Raised in rural Virginia, he learned Appalachian recipes and techniques for growing, preserving, and preparing local foodstuffs from his grandmother.
