Grind 100 grams of flax seeds in a spice grinder.
Mix onion, garlic and rosemary in a mixer until creamy.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
Let rest for about 30 minutes.
Spread the mixture on silicone baking mat, cut the crackers with a plastic knife and dehydratate for about 8/10 hours.
Let cool completely and serve.
